Serenmind - a Spanish psychological support app - aims to bring psychological help to everyone. With their micro-learning recordings and their chatbot, Seremind offers psychological help tailored to each user’s needs and helps you develop techniques to manage your emotions and to have more positive thoughts.
Serenmind was founded by clinical psychologists and its programs based on scientifically proven practices, such as Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Theory. The Seremind team constantly develops new content based on people’s current struggles. In the face of the pandemic, they have included programs that will help you tackle anxiety, sleep deprivation, loneliness, and unhealthy eating habits
